Spokane Zine Fest is a one-day, open-to-all event at Central Library celebrating zines, small press and self-published books, comics, drawings, prints, cards, and all manner of other limited-edition works. There will also be three Spokane Zine Fest workshops happening this year, and all are available for registration on the Spokane Public Library website. The workshops are:”Draw and Be Drawn” with Heads Up Portrait Club: 11:30 AM-12:30 PM, Conference Room B”Comic Gamez” with Spokane Sequential, 1-2 PM, Conference Room B”Self-Portrait Zines” with Splat, 2:30-3:30 PM, Conference Room BAnd there will also be an all-ages maker studio run by the Eastern Washington University Design Department from 12:30-3 PM (no registration necessary) on the 3rd floor stage.
