Sports Camps
The 90+ Project believes that soccer is a powerful tool for promoting the physical, mental, and emotional development, well-being, and recreation of young people. We’re passionate about using the beautiful game to create a strong sense of community, support mental wellness, and build character, sportsmanship, and leadership. Our goal is to empower youth to reach their full potential—regardless of economic background.

The City of Spokane Parks and Recreation Department is responsible for the professional management and prudent caretaking of all park land and park facilities including Riverfront Park, Manito Park, Gaiser Conservatory and the many city-wide gardens, Finch Arboretum and the Urban Forestry Program, and 87 neighborhood parks.

🏇 Horseback Riding Camp
- Ages: 8 – 13 years

- Location: Meet at Relational Riding Academy, 3714 W Anderson Rd, Cheney WA.
- Description: Open to beginners and kids of all levels of experience. Limited to 20 participants working in groups of 5 for both riding and other activities. Kids will not only learn to ride they will also learn all about horses!

SYSA has been contributing to youth sports in the Greater Spokane region for over 50 years. Most families in the Spokane area have been involved with SYSA as players, coaches, or spectators since it began as a junior football organization in 1966. Since then they have grown to over 12,000 participants from the ages of 4 to 18 who participate in a variety of sports programs and camps, including basketball, soccer, flag football, baseball, softball, volleyball, track & field, and cross-country.

The Warehouse Athletic Facility was built by John Stockton in 2002 as a comprehensive athletic and recreation center. It features 5 full basketball courts, 6 regulation volleyball courts, an indoor baseball complex, and a studio space. We host a variety of sports and recreational activities, as well as offer a series of basketball tournaments throughout the year. We also host a number of leagues and events for community sports organizations in youth basketball, volleyball and soccer.

- Description: Welcome to B.A.S.E. Camp! From here, big adventures await. During daily excursions, you will expand your skills in a variety of activities with awesome counselors and professional guides. Take aim with disc golf, come together as a team to paddle raft down the river, seek out wildlife on kayaks, explore meandering shorelines on a paddleboard, and take yourself to new heights with outdoor rock climbing!

🌲 B.A.S.E. Camp – Big Adventure Skills and Exploration Adventure Leadership

- Location: Meets daily at the Riverside State Park Bowl & Picher Picnic Shelter.
- Description: Take charge of your adventure! This camp focuses on fun, teamwork, and skill development. Throughout the week, campers will have chances to solve problems, help others, discover their strengths, and have a great time doing it. Each day builds on the excitement and learning of the previous day, and we take a mega field trip to somewhere awesome!

⛺ Wilderness Survival Camps for Youth

- Description: No prerequisites needed. This camp goes in depth into critical survival skills using fun, challenging real life scenarios. Participants work on their own and in teams to problem solve various skills challenges and scenarios while learning skills such as shelter, fire, tool use, knife safety, traps, rope and knots, plant uses, animal tracking, primitive skills, navigation, and more! Therapeutic Recreation Services strives to provide enjoyable specialized and adaptive recreational activities for individuals with disabilities. - Description: Funshine Day Camp is a fun-filled camp for those with developmental and/or physical disabilities. Campers will have the opportunity to interact and socialize with their peers through crafts, music, science experiments, books, board games, group activities, and more. Fridays are field trip days to a variety of exciting locations. Each week the camp centers around a different theme. We celebrate the end of summer with our annual Potluck BBQ & Carnival.
