Enjoy entertaining stories about buses, including “Don’t Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus!” read by a local bus driver. Then, we shake it up with some fingerplays and movement activities. After, you get to explore and ride a Spokane Transit Authority bus!

This event is presented in partnership with Spokane Transit Authority and takes place during a regularly scheduled storytime.

Storytime is a place for parents and caregivers to interact and have fun playing with their children. You are your child’s first and most important teacher. To help you with this role, storytime introduces important literacy, STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and math), and social skills that children need for kindergarten and that you can continue to explore at home. Now is also a great time to get a library card for your child. It’s a gift they can enjoy for years to come.
