Inland Empire Diving is a year-round competitive diving program based in the Spokane–Cheney area, offering training in springboard and platform diving for all skill levels—from beginners to Junior Olympic competitors. The program begins with a Learn-to-Dive group for swimmers who are new to diving, focusing on fundamentals and safety. As divers progress, they can join the Recreational group, which includes longer pool sessions and dryland training such as trampolines, dryboards, and strength work. For advanced athletes, the Junior Olympic (JO) team practices 3–5 times per week and competes in USA Diving events.

Training takes place at local pools and a dedicated gymnastics facility in Airway Heights for dryland work. Monthly costs range from \$120 to \$175, depending on the program, and a limited scholarship program is available. While enrollment is open year-round, the JO season typically starts in September and runs through June. Inland Empire Diving emphasizes skill development, discipline, and confidence in a structured, supportive environment. It plays a central role in growing the sport of diving in the Inland Northwest, where few comparable programs exist.
