Heart & Sole is an innovative after-school program designed specifically for middle school girls, creating a supportive space where participants can be authentically themselves while navigating the unique challenges of adolescence. This holistic program takes a whole-person approach, nurturing not just physical health, but also emotional well-being, social connections, and personal growth.

Through engaging activities and meaningful discussions, participants explore their emotions, develop empathy, and build lasting friendships in an inclusive, judgment-free environment. Trained coaches guide girls in strengthening both their physical and emotional health, helping them discover their personal strengths and build resilience during these transformative years.

The program culminates in a Celebratory 5K event, but Heart & Sole is about much more than running – it’s about giving girls the tools and confidence they need to thrive. All girls are welcome regardless of athletic ability, and scholarships are available to ensure the program is accessible to everyone.
