Restore Barre is a full-body, low-impact workout that includes elements of Pilates, Yoga and Dance. This class contains 35 minutes of traditional Barre exercises, followed by 20 minutes of strength and restoration. During that time we will focus on intentional stretching and longer holds. This is a great way to end your busy week! Please bring a yoga mat and grip socks.
