1 day | Ages 16+ | Dianna McCoy Discover the art of making hand-crafted chocolates!  Learn the science and techniques of tempering chocolates, and the skill of pouring this divine liquid goodness into molds.  This class will work with both gourmet milk and dark chocolates.  This workshop is perfect for the upcoming holidays of Valentine’s Day, Spring and Easter and will include recipes to take home along with your decadent molded chocolate creations.
