For ages 12 – 18. This class is designed for those who are wanting to continue their gymnastics careers through their off seasons, prepare for some new skills, or learn gymnastics for their first time. This is an open-ended class that is tailored to the individual and their goals. Taught by some of our more experienced coaches, this class is prepared to teach all ranges of skills.
