For ages 6+. Introduction to safety, basic techniques for jumping, vaulting, climbing and swinging. Special emphasis on falling drills, safely bailing skills, and landing. Students learn the parkour-specific terminology, and train in the main gym, in addition to 800 s.f. parkour specific room with wooden obstacles with bars.
