Activity Details
SYSA Cross Country is a fun, recreational fall program for all youth, grades K-5. The 2025 Cross Country six-week season will begin September 2nd, with the first competition on Saturday, September 13th. There are 5 Saturday meets. Participants in K-5th grade will run a mile. Meets are located at different Spokane area parks. Runners who qualify are eligible to participate in the All-City Meet at the end of the season.

Coaches determine the practice day, time, and location. The 5 meet locations are Holmberg Park, Audubon Park, Mirabeau Park, Comstock Park and Sky Prairie Park.
