This fall, Sesame Street is joining forces with PBS’s iconic Nature series for a once-in-a-lifetime adventure: Elmo and the Sesame Street friends are going on African safari. To celebrate, KSPS PBS and the Shadle Park Library are hosting a free family screening event – and you’re invited!

In Sesame Street’s first-ever safari, our friends embark on an unforgettable journey of discovery, taking them from the caring confines of the elephant sanctuary into the unpredictable African bush, where they come face-to-face with some of nature’s most iconic wildlife, including lions, zebras, giraffes, and hippos. At the event, families will watch the special, take-home branded giveaways, and explore books and activities about animals, ecology and conservation. We can’t wait to see you there!
